Refund Policy

The Company values customer satisfaction and has implemented the following cancellation and refund policy for ConversionRateOptimiser:

  1. No-Questions-Asked Refund (within 2 days): Customers can request a refund within 2 days of purchasing a subscription, no questions asked. The customer will only be charged for any messages already sent during this period, along with the fixed fee. Beyond the 2-day window, the pro-rated cancellation policy will apply.
  2. Pro-rated Cancellations: After the initial 2 days, cancellations are accepted if requested during the subscription period. A pro-rated refund will be issued based on the unused portion of the subscription and the number of messages sent. No full refunds will be provided once the service has been accessed.
  3. No Returns or Exchanges: As our services are delivered digitally and subscription-based, we do not offer returns or exchanges once a subscription or service has been activated. All purchases are final after the cancellation window.
  4. Service Quality Issues: If you encounter any issues with the quality or performance of the service, you must report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of experiencing the problem. We will investigate and may offer a pro-rated refund or credit based on the remaining subscription period.
  5. Automatic Renewals: For subscription services that automatically renew, cancellation requests must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for services that have already renewed unless cancellation was requested before the renewal.
  6. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 days and will be calculated based on the time left in the subscription and any messages sent.
